The Lamborghini Gallardo burst into the scene in 2003. While its nearly decade long production run, it saw many iterations and configurations. It soon became a darling of the supercar jetset. What we feature in this pictorial is the 2013 GT3 FL2 version in matte grey that was designed by Automobili Lamborghini SpA. It was put together by Reiter Engineering GmbH and Lamborghini Squadra Corse. This particular model is a two door coupé, converted into a single seater race car with the addition of roll-cage and fixed windows. The structure is a lightweight over a structural aluminium space frame. It has an added aluminium extruded parts welded to aluminium caster joint elements. Carbon fiber front lip keeps the wind flowing smoothly. The rear wing is fully adjustable to achieve maximum downforce. And of course it runs on the iconic Pirelli P-ZERO tires.

The model by AUTOart is completely detailed in it’s exterior. But could do with a little more detail in the interior, especially the dashboard. Featuring opening doors (that enables you to have a closer look at the insides). This is a very good model to add to your collection. It has all the bits and pieces in place, and the decals on the paintwork is precise. When it comes to detail, AUTOart is among the top marques in producing true-to-model scale replicas of actual automobiles.
