Castheads Magazine & Bumpr Supports the HKTCS in September 2022
CastHeads Magazine is one of the media partners for the Hong Kong Toycar Salon 2022. CastHeads Magazine was also involved in the inaugural event in 2021, and this year is bringing Bumpr along for the ride. The event is to be held from the 23rd to the 25th of September at The Space, located in the D2 Place ONE in Lai Chi Kok. It’s great to once again be among some of the best known brands in diecast and scale models across Asia and the world.

Hong Kong Toycar Salon 2022”returns this September Elphonso Lam draws a new style NFT x Figures lead into the Metaverse
(6 September, 2022 – Hong Kong) Organized by the Hong Kong model car platform “HKTOYCAR”, the Hong Kong largest model car marketplace “Hong Kong Toycar Salon 2022” (“HKTCS”) will be held at D2 Place from September 23 to 25.There are more than 100 new car models, figures and dioramas from local and international brands. This year, the car show has cooperated with the well-known Hong Kong cartoonist Mr. Elphonso Lam, and jointly launched the figure NFT with Web3 and NFT platform Popsible.
The first edition of Hong Kong Toycar Salon 2021, which was held in September last year, recorded 10,000 visitors and received overwhelming response. This year, the marketplace will continue to focus on original model cars and figure brands from Hong Kong and Macau, including Tarmac Works, Model 1, INNO64, Era Car, BM Creations, Nanoer ART, Hung Hing Toys, as well as internationally renowned brands such as MINI GT, Schuco, Spark, Hobby Japan, Siku and Carrera, etc. to showcasing more than 100 new castings, special edition model cars and dioramas.

Mr. Elphonso Lam, a well-known local cartoonist, is invited to design the HKTCS theme, with cars and related elements, and setting up a selfie on-site for visitors to “check in”; the HKTCS collaborates with Web3 and NFT platform Popsible, in addition to making their own 3D scanned NFTs on the spot, visitors can also print the scanned 3D figures, allowing more people to experience the application of NFTs.
